What happens if I hand over a toy and the receiving person doesn't mark the trade as complete?
If you have marked the trade as pending and your recipient has not got round to marking the trade as complete then our system will automatically mark it as complete 7 days after you have handed the toy over.
Alternatively, please do drop the new owner a message through the ToyTreyd app to prompt them to complete the trade.
Can I list multiple toys at once?
Yes. You can manage your toys and list multiple toys from the profile screen.

Can I reset my password?
If you signed up with an email address, you can reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the login page or via the profile screen once logged in.
If you signed up using your Google account or Apple account, you can reset your password through the respective platform's account settings.
